I clear my schedule and remain solely focused on you and your process.

Here's how it unfolds:

Intake Session (30 minutes)
We begin by identifying what in your life most needs care and attention right now.

Day One: Opening the Container (3 hours)
Two 90-minute sessions where we gently enter the heart of your questions and concerns.

Integration Space (one to three weeks)
Time to rest, reflect, and allow what has emerged to settle into your system.

Day Two: Deepening (3 hours)
Two additional 90-minute sessions where we explore the deeper layers and address the additional questions that you undoubtedly will have.

Follow-Up Session (30 minutes)
A final meeting to address any lingering questions and support what’s next for you.

Total: 7 Hours of Private, Focused Connection & Support

Because this level of transformation needs some space. Resting between sessions allows the work to deepen, and you return with a fresh perspective and new questions we can explore even further.
